China Datang Overseas Investment Co., Ltd., (CDTO) a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Datang, garnered the Outstanding Contribution Award and Second Prize in the New Energy Industry Track at the awards ceremony of the 2026 BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest recently held in Xiamen, southeast China's Fujian Province.

The awards ceremony took place at the opening ceremony of the BRICS Forum on Partnership on New Industrial Revolution 2026, which was held from May 27 to 28.

An ecological restoration project of CDTO was selected for the BRICS Industrial Cooperation Case Collection at the forum.

CDTO, a key driver of China Datang's overseas investment operations, successfully hosted the 2026 BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest Indonesia Overseas Qualification on May 7 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The event attracted nearly 100 high-quality project submissions, with 56 outstanding teams delivering project pitches and approximately 300 participants from various sectors attending.

The three honors underscore CDTO's commitment to international market development, innovation, and sustainable growth.

The company aims to continue deepening industrial collaboration with Indonesia and other BRICS countries, turn technological innovations into real-world impact, and share green development practices globally.
