As a landmark clean energy project of China-Uzbekistan cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, China Datang's Buka Solar Photovoltaic (PV) project in Uzbekistan prioritizes ecological protection and adheres to green development.

Through comprehensive ecological restoration efforts, the project has transformed 350 hectares of sandy and rocky areas into contiguous greenery, achieving a vegetation coverage rate of more than 60 percent within the project site.
