On March 24, China Datang Corporation Ltd. and China Anneng Construction Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. CDT Chairman Zou Lei, CDT President Kou Wei, Zhou Guoping, Chairman of China Anneng, and Zhou Qingfeng, President of China Anneng attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.  

Before the signing ceremony, Zou Lei briefly introduced the situation of China Datang in energy supply, reform and development. He said that China Datang will make every effort to ensure the safe and reliable supply of energy and power, actively promote the clean and efficient utilization of coal, and strive to build a world-class energy supplier with "green and low-carbon, multi-energy complementarity, efficient coordination, and digital intelligence", and comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrade of energy structure. China Datang hopes that the two parties will take this strategic cooperation agreement signing as an opportunity to promote higher-level cooperation in the field of project construction and renewable energy investment on a regular work exchange basis, so as to achieve higher-quality development and win-win and to promote energy security strategy in an all-round way.

Zhou Guoping hoped that on the basis of the existing long-term cooperation, the two sides will focus on deepening cooperation in traditional water conservancy, hydropower and pumped storage, new energy and emergency rescue, and promote the implementation of high-quality agreements, jointly promote mutual benefit and win-win, and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
